Christine Rankin is a seasoned leader with extensive experience as a CEO, board member, and chair. As Managing Director of the Transformational Leadership Company, she specialises in empowering leaders to drive organisational change. With post-graduate studies at Stanford in Leading and Managing Change, she champions transformational leadership as the key to success. Christine emphasises the power of vision, strategic thinking, and workplace culture in fostering engagement, retaining talent, and achieving exceptional performance.
Fi McKay
Fi McKay is the CEO of Fi McKay Consult Ltd, specialising in inclusive workplaces, workforce planning, and staff retention. With over 35 years of executive leadership experience, she is dedicated to fostering diverse and high-performing organisations. Co-author of the Incluude Cultural Atlas on Kiwi culture, Fi is also collaborating with creators of an AI program designed to assist in situations where specific cultural knowledge is important. She has designed award-winning training programs and excels at translating strategic leadership into practical solutions that drive long-term success.
